Tips for preparing the NCLEX exam

Preparing for the NCLEX exam

So today we’re going to review some websites that I have used and recommended for my tutor students to use.

We’ve talked about it before. The best way I think to study for the NCLEX is to answer questions. So what happens if you find out that you need some more review of a particular subjects. Here are a couple of websites that will help you do that.

The Merck Manual –

Just type in the search box the topic you need help with. We’ll use maternity for an example. You can also type in a specific disease or body system. Lets say from that search we want to review Complications during pregancy.

On the left side of the page, you’ll find navigation to other pages within the topic. Links in the articles will help you find other information you can deep dive into.

I like it because the information is well organized and easy to get to and probably the most important is it is current and reliable information.

Another good place you can find some useful information is medscape.
